In general, you can visit AXN Data on the Web without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when our partners or we may need information from you.

We intend to protect the quality and integrity of your personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, form-information and transactions/events. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as using encryption for transmission of sensitive or classified information, to help us keep your information secure, accurate, current, and complete.

3. Cookies and other technologies

AXN Data is currently using cookies -based technologies for identifying the registered customers and/or users. We are also using other technologies such as serverside technologies e.g. to monitor the usage-level of our sites. No personal information is collected during these actions. Some of our datalogger-programs collect the IP-address that is used to view our sites but the information gathered is used solely for statistical purposes or in some cases for preventing malicious usage. Any such information is treated as confidential and is permanently deleted after analysis.

4. Business relationships

AXN Data sites contain links to other Web sites. AXN Data is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

This privacy statement was last updated on 20th October, 2002. A notification will be published on our 'News'-section whenever this privacy statement is changed or modified.
